Dacryops is a ductal cyst of the lacrimal gland. It is the most common cyst in the orbit, often bilateral.

Symptoms of Dacryops

Dacryops is a round, cystic formation originating from the palpebral part of the lacrimal gland and protruding into the upper fornix.
