Indications Denta drops

It is indicated for the relief of toothaches that develop due to caries (also in the case of pulpitis as a complication).

Release form

It is produced in the form of a dental solution in bottles with droppers of 10 or 20 ml.

Pharmacodynamics

The medicine has moderate disinfectant and analgesic properties. They are due to the pharmacological characteristics of the components of the medicine.

Dosing and administration

The dosage for adults is 2-3 drops of the medicine, which are applied to a cotton swab. Then it is placed in the tooth cavity affected by caries and held for 5-10 minutes.

Use Denta drops during pregnancy

Since the drops contain ethanol, it is prohibited to use them during lactation or pregnancy.

Contraindications

Contraindications include: intolerance to the components of the drug, childhood, bronchial asthma, and a tendency to develop seizures. It should also not be used if there are any damages to the mucous membrane.

Side effects Denta drops

The use of Denta drops may cause the following side effects:

  • nervous system organs: the appearance of headaches and dizziness, a feeling of excitement or drowsiness, the development of convulsions;
  • organs of the respiratory system, as well as the chest: development of bronchospasms;
  • allergies: development of urticaria or erythema, the appearance of itching and rash on the skin.

Overdose

An overdose may occur due to accidental ingestion of the drug. In this case, the following symptoms develop: vomiting with nausea, diarrhea, signs of CNS suppression, development of problems with the respiratory process, convulsions or ataxia, the appearance of a feeling of drowsiness, and in addition, hot flashes or dizziness.

Symptomatic therapy is required to eliminate the disorders.

Storage conditions

The drops should be kept in a place protected from sunlight and out of reach of small children. The temperature should not exceed 25°C.

Shelf life

Denta drops are allowed to be used for 4 years from the date of release of the medicine.
