Pharmacodynamics

Paracetamol has antipyretic, analgesic and weak anti-inflammatory properties. They are due to the predominant effect on the thermoregulation center located in the hypothalamus, and in addition to this, a weaker ability to inhibit the processes of PG synthesis.

Propyphenazone has analgesic properties.

Caffeine stimulates the activity of the vasomotor and respiratory centers, and in addition increases vascular tone inside the brain, dilates blood vessels in the skeletal muscles, kidneys and heart. It also reduces the strength of platelet adhesion. This substance suppresses the feeling of drowsiness and increases the body's performance (both physical and mental).
